If so, then you have come to the right place. I’m David Azinger, a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer, and I’m ready to help you get into the best shape of your life.

I follow the NASM OPT model, a fitness periodization system that will take you through five unique phases of training. We progress from stabilization to endurance, to hypertrophy, to strength, to power.

This system is designed to help people of all levels reach their desired results. Everything is tailored specifically for you, depending on your goals. 

I am a creative, highly motivated, empathic, trustworthy and educated trainer. I spend much of my time staying on top of all the research being done in the health and fitness industry. It is my passion and my dream to help others achieve a better version of themselves.

I will work with you to create a customized schedule that fits your availability and goals, typically meeting 2-3 times per week.

 

4. Where do you train?

I usually hold trainings in gyms located in Wola or online.
